Chef Andrew Forrer, named Apprentice of the Year while completing his training at the Hotel Windsor, one of Melbourne’s finest hotels, Andrew holds numereous awards from 5-star inter-culinary competitions.

The experience and passion doesn’t just stop in the kitchen, but flows through to our Events Manager, Bec McIntosh. From a strong background in the retail food sector, hotel, catering and events management, Bec’s attention to detail will make your event stand out.
